FitPizza con avena

Desde luego, las pizzas y las hamburguesas son de esas comidas bien calóricas que a todos nos encantan, pero si quieres una versión más sana, sin duda ésta es la tuya!

Esta vez la base es con harina de avena. Pero aún así, es fit fit

  • Agua templada
  • 1 cucharadita pequeña de aceite de oliva

Para la parte de arriba:

  • Espinacas crudas
  • jamón de pavo
  • atún al natural
  • un huevo
  • queso muzzarella

Para la salsa:

  • tomate natural triturado (casero o comprado sin azúcares añadidos)
  • Especias

 

PASO A PASO: 

  1. Lo primero que vamos a hacer es la base. Para ello, añadimos en un bol la avena, el aceite y poco a poco vamos echando el agua templada (lo justo para formar una masa). Podéis añadirle un poco de sal.

2. Una vez echa la masa, extendemos con cuidado y la metemos al horno (precalentado) unos 5 minutos a 180 grados.

3. Mientras tanto, preparamos la salsa de tomate. Si es casera, tendremos que hervir el tomate pelado y pasarlo por la trituradora hasta que coja consistencia. Le añadimos un poco de orégano o condimento para pizza y listo.

4. Retiramos la base del  horno y agregamos el tomate.

5. Añadimos el resto de ingredientes al gusto

6. Volvemos a meter en el horno unos minutos hasta que se derrita el queso y se haga

Le añadimos un poco de orégano o condimento para pizza y listo.

4. Retiramos la base del  horno y agregamos el tomate.

5. Añadimos el resto de ingredientes al gusto

6. Volvemos a meter en el horno unos minutos hasta que se derrita el queso y se haga

Pizza carbonara

Mi versión personal de una pizza popular en España Ingredientes 1 masa de pizza – salsa pizzai

Pizzadillas

No es pizza, no es quesadilla, es pizzadilla: una mezcla entre las dos y quedó espectacular. Para una cena, una merienda y hasta para el desayuno (tiene jamón y queso, cuenta :)

Para esos días en los que no sabemos qué hacer de comer y necesitamos algo rápido, saludable y rico, porque la vida no está para andar comiendo comida fea.

Para 4 pizzadillas:

 

Preparación

1.Distribuya un poquito de salsa en cada tortilla, agregue todos los ingredientes y cierre la tortilla como formando una empanada.

2.Caliente un sartén con aceite de oliva o spray y dore la quesadilla a fuego medio para que se cocinen los ingredientes.

3.Sírvalo con pico de gallo, aguacate o nada más con hojitas de albahaca fresca
