Cuando vi esta pizza en el blog “Directo al Paladar” me lancé a hacer mi versión sin dudarlo. Una pizza con mi pescado favorito!! merecía tener una entrada en mi blog. Lleva lomos de salmón, y queso mozzarella y queso brie. No te arrepentirás de esta combinación. Con su ramita de eneldo le darás el punto final. La masa es casera e incorpora mantequilla y huevos tal como lo vi en el blog, y la verdad que queda super suave y crujiente a la vez. La verdad nunca la había hecho así y me sorpendió gratamente. nada que envidiar a las pizzas compradas. En la textura también influye que la dejaremos reposar en frío. Espero que la probéis y me contéis. Con estas cantidades os saldrán dos bases que podéis estirar al grosor deseado (en Uruguay las comemos más gruesas).  Así que si no os convence el salmón también podéis hacer vuestra versión. En mi caso hice otra para mis chicos a los que les gusta más con jamón y mozzarella.

Ingredientes

  • 450 g harina
  • 50 g mantequilla
  • 2  huevo
  • 150 ml leche
  • 10 g sal
  • 10 g levadura fresca
  • 30 g salsa de tomate
  • 200 g mozzarella fresca
  • 100 g queso brie
  • 250 g lomos de salmón sin piel ni espinas
  • eneldo fresco
  • orégano

Procedimiento

Modo tradicional

1. En un bol grande ponemos la harina con la sal, hacemos un hueco y en el medio ponemos la mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, los huevos y la levadura disuelta en la leche tibia. Amasamos con los dedos integrando bien.

2. Espolvoreamos con harina levemente la mesada y amasamos unos minutos hasta obtener una masa consistente y elástica.

3.Hacemos una bola, envolvemos en papel film y llevamos a la nevera durante 30 minutos.

4.Espolvoreamos con harina la encimera y un rodillo. Estiramos dejándola lo mas fina posible y dándole la forma deseada. Con las cantidades indicadas obtendremos dos o tres bases de pizza ( según el grosor que queramos darle).

5.Sobre la base de pizza, extendemos las dos cucharadas de salsa de tomate, el queso mozzarella a trozos , el salmón a tacos y el queso brie en láminas . Espolvoreamos con eneldo y orégano. ( O con jamón y mozazarella, como en la segunda versión).

6.Horneamos a 230º durante 15 minutos.

Con el Robot Moulinex Cuisine Companion

1.Ponemos la mantequilla , los huevos, la leche y la levadura en el bol equipado con la cuchilla de amasar picar. Programamos velocidad 3 a 35º durante 5 minutos.

2.Agregamos la harina y la sal y programamos Masa P1. Terminado el programa, formamos una bola y la dejamos reposar en la nevera durante unos 30 minutos envuelta en film.

Procedemos como en el punto 4, 5 y 6 del modo tradicional.
